Course Management

Each Harmonia course goes through four stages from beginning to the end.

Stage 1: Preparation

At this stage, teachers are free to change the course settings through the Course Settings page, including the course title, year, academic term, school, license type, and the start / end date of the course.

To move to the next stage, Activation requested, click the Activation Request button on the main page of the course.

Teachers can also delete their courses without taking them online at this stage.

Stage 2: Activation Requested

Once the teacher clicks the Activation Request button, the request is sent to Harmonia. Information entered in the Course Settings Page are validated. If no issues are found, the course moves to the Active stage immediately.

Stage 3: Active

At this stage, teachers can access four groups of functions provided by Harmonia.

• People
• Assignments
• Records

Stage 4: Ended

After its end date, the course moves to this stage. Teachers can still access student records and assignment files. Students no longer have the access to the course content.
