Configure Assignment Sets
On the Assignments page of your course dashboard, clicking the pencil icon on the right of any assignment set or the Add Assignment Set button takes you to the assignment set edit page, where you can configure your assignment set.
Each assignment set has its own assign date and due date. More importantly, it contains a few harmonia documents (.har files) students will download through the cloud menu of Harmonia app, complete, and turn in. On the Assignment set edit page, all changes are saved automatically and instantly. There is no need to submit the change. To delete the entire assignment set, click the Delete Assignment Set button near the top of the page.
Assign Date and Due Date
Assign date is the date students start seeing this assignment set in their cloud menu after sigining in to Harmonia app. After the due day passes, the assignment set will no longer appear in their cloud menu. In other words, students are only able to access assignment sets between their assign dates and due dates. If, for some reason, you want your students to be able to access the content of an assignment set, check the Show in cloud menu after due date checkbox. Students will be able to see and download the homework through Harmonia app after due day but will not be able to submit it (since the due day has passed).
Due Day Extensions
If your students request homework extension, you can easily set it up by clicking the "Manage Due Day Extensions" button. In the block appearing below the button, select the student you want to set extension for, click "Add", and then set the extented due day for this student.
