Viewing and Editing Course Information
The Course Information tab is where the basic information of the course locates. Most of the content on this page is visible to everyone related to the course, including students, instructors, and teaching assistants. Some information, such as site license usage and Invitation code, is only visible to the instructors.
The Course Information tab is not the same as the Course Settings page. The Course Settings page is where you enter and change the basic settings needed to set up a course during its Preparation stage. It is only visible by the person who created the course.
If the course uses site licenses, this page shows you the usage of the site licenses. You can add more licenses if necessary.
Invitation Code is the key for your students to find and join your course. Announce this code to your students so that they can send you a Join Class request.
On this page, you can:
- Change the title of this course by clicking the pencil icon next to the course title.
- Configure if this course should appear in your cloud menu when you login from the Harmonia App. This is useful when you have many courses
- Configure how you label Cadential 64. Harmonia uses this value to display proper labels to your students
*To see the change you make here on your Harmonia app, go to Teacher drop down menu in the app and click "Update Course Info".
